在计划经济体制向市场经济体制转变的同时，我国公安机关及警学界就如何改变传统警务模式，创新新型警务模式开展了有益探索，大大提升了警务效能，为构建现代警务模式提供了丰富的素材。本文通过对警务模式发展现状的学术梳理，总结现代警务模式的定义、理念、特征以及研究成果的优势和不足，并以国家治理理论为分析框架，以推进国家治理体系和治理能力为着力点进行分析，以期对研究中国现代警务模式提出有益设想和政策建议。

At the same time as the planned economy system was transformed to a market economic system, the public security organs in our country and the policing educational community change the traditional mode of policing, innovative new policing pattern carried out the beneficial exploration, which greatly improved the efficiency of the police and provided more resources for building modern policing pattern. This article is based on the current development of policing pattern and academic summary. This is summarizing the definition, concepts, features of modern policing pattern and the advantages and disadvantages of research results. This article treats national governance theory as the analytical framework and treats advancing national governance system and management ability as a focal point for analysis in order to come up with beneficial ideas and policy recommendations for studying Chinese modern policing pattern.
