随着城乡建设步伐的加快，施工工地盗窃案件也呈现上升趋势。此类案件具有结伙作案表现突出、作案前普遍存在踩点过程、犯罪时间段集中、依赖各类车辆、内外勾结盗窃等特点；并且因为报案人证据保护意识薄弱、工地环境复杂、技防、安防措施不到位等原因，造成该类案件现场取证困难。对此类案件的现场勘查应需对中心现场反映人体特征的痕迹、反映破坏工具的痕迹、反映交通运输工具的痕迹、犯罪嫌疑人遗留的工具等现场痕迹进行仔细搜集，并对嫌疑人的人体分泌物、排泄物、脱落物、粘带和附着物以及随身携带物等进行勘验；在现场访问时应注重证人的寻找，做好心理转化工作，同时也要注意对外围现场的勘查。

With the accelerated pace of urban and rural construction, the theft cases on construction site are also showing an upward trend. The features of such cases that the cases are usually committed by gangs with widespread site casing before committing the crime, within short time, by various types of vehicle, and by inside and outside collusion and many reasons of the reporters’ weak protection consciousness, complex site environment, and improper anti-technology and security measures make it hard to collect evidence. Scene investigation in such cases should reflect the human characteristics on the central scene, reflect the destruction of tool marks, reflect the traces of means of transport, tools left by the suspect on the scene and other traces, and investigate the suspect’s body secretions, excretions, shedding, adhesive tape and fixtures and should focus on finding witnesses, and conduct good psychological transformation work, but also pay attention to the periphery investigation of the field.
