经济发展新常态背景下，我国涉众型经济犯罪的发生诱因、运作模式、组织结构及对案件的法律监管都呈现出新特点，本文通过对涉众型经济犯罪典型案例的分析，考察经济发展新常态时代涉众型经济犯罪侦查中存在的问题及有效应对策略。

Under the new normal background of economic development, the cause, operation mode, organization structure and the legal supervision of mass economic crimes in China present new features. Based on analyzing typical cases of mass economic crimes, this article points out the existing problems and proposes effective coping strategies in the investigation of mass economic crimes under the New Normal.
