公安院校的新教师是当前公安院校发展中的新鲜血液和教学骨干的后备力量,是推动公安院校发展和前行的传承者和接力者。针对目前公安院校新教师培育现状,有必要进一步梳理新教师的构成及其短板,明确培育的方向并选取恰当的培育方式,通过建立保障新教师教学能力提升的“3+2”机制来加强对公安院校新教师的培养。其培养路径:一是要依托校内资源,建立新型“助教”制及教学资源共享等机制;二是要依托行业资源,优化教师挂职锻炼机制、公安实战单位重大、疑难案件旁听等机制;三是要依托社会资源,建立新教师定期业务进修及相关技能的社会资格认证培训等机制;四是要建立新教师自我激励机制;五是要建立新教师成长跟踪机制。

New teachers in police colleges and universities are fresh blood in the development of the current police colleges and universities, future backbones in reserved teaching forces and heirs and successors who will accelerate the development of police colleges and universities. Targeting the present state of faculty in police academies, it is necessary to analyze the constitution of new teachers and shortcomings, to clarity the cultivation direction and select appropriate cultivation methods. By establishing the new mechanism, that is, 3-plus-2 mechanism, the improvement of teaching abilities can be ensured so as to strengthen the development of new teachers in such colleges and universities. The cultivation paths go as follows: 1. Based on internal resources, new lecturer assistant mechanism and teaching resource sharing system should be established; 2. By relying on industry resources, the mechanisms of such kind should be established to allow teachers with certain administrators’ titles to practice and permit them to audit important and difficult cases in first-line units; 3. The socially credentialing and training mechanism should be established; 4. The self-stimulation mechanism should be established for new teachers; 5. The mechanism to monitor the process of development of new teachers should be established.
