目的：采用Meta分析评价超声造影诊断卵巢肿瘤的价值。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方和维普数据库以及Cochrance Library、PubMed、OVID、Embase等数据库，按照纳入标准和排除标准，搜索超声造影诊断卵巢肿物的诊断性试验。对入选文献使用QUADAS方法学质量评价并采用Meta-Disc1.4软件进行Meta分析计算。结果最终入选11篇文献，共748例病例，其合并敏感性(Sen)和特异性(Spe)分别为0.90、0.93， SROC曲线下面积（AUC）为96.41%。结论超声造影对卵巢良恶性肿瘤具有较好的诊断和鉴别诊断价值。

Objective To systematically review the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in ovar-ian tumors. Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, we searched CNKI, WanFang Data, VIP and the Cochrane Library, PubMed, OVID, Embase for the study of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of ovari-an tumors. We evaluated the quality of the included studies via QUADAS standard and calculated the data of studies by Meta-Disc1.4 software. Results A total of 11 studies were adopted and 748 patients were included. The pooled sensitivity and specificity were 0.90 and 0.93, respectively. The area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was 96.41%. Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasound can diagnose the ovarian tumors exactly and has a good clinical value in the research of adnexal masses.
