目的:将微格教学法应用到硕士研究生答辩能力培养和训练中,观察微格教学法在硕士研究生答辩能力提高中的作用和价值。方法在日常科研讨论中,对某科2014年研究生12人,人随机分为两组, A组沿用常规汇报模式每周汇报研究进度,第8周做课题阶段总结性报告并接受提问;B组以智能手机的摄像功能作为辅助手段,接受微格教学法结合常规汇报模式每周汇报研究进度,第8周做课题阶段总结性报告并接受提问。设立评分标准,由导师、指导老师和同学对汇报者进行评分。结果 B组阶段性报告内容逻辑性、完整性优于A组,B组汇报时间准确性优于A组,B组汇报语速掌握及语言流畅程度优于A组, B组回答问题的满意度高于A组;B组汇报形体语言评分高于A组。结论微格教学法有助于提高研究生的逻辑组织能力、汇报能力、答辩能力及舞台自信,从而有助于在毕业答辩及学术报告中更好的展示自己的研究成果。

Objectives To apply the microteaching method in the training and thesis defense capacity of medical master graduates,and observe its function and value in the improvement of their capacity.Methods 12 master graduates were divided into two groups randomly in the daily research discussion.The group A followed conventional reporting mode to report research progress each week,and made period summarized report as well as thesis defense in 8th week.While group B applied camera function of mobile phone as a kind of supplementary method,to report research progress each week with microteaching method combined with conventional reporting mode,and also made thesis defense in 8th week.Then formulate evaluation standard for the tutors and teachers to assess the score for the reporters.Results Characters included report logic and integrity of group B were better than that of group A,the reporting time accuracy of group B was better than that of group A,the speed and fluent of group B were better than group A,satisfaction of answering of group B was higher than in group A,the body language score of group B was also higher than group A.Conclusions The Microteaching method is an effective method to improve the abilities of logical organization,reporting,defense ability and confidence of the graduate students,which would be helpful for them to demonstrate their research results in the graduation thesis defenses and academic report better.
