综合医院门诊导医护士的岗位培训,需要不断探索培训的方式、内容与方法,从而建立导医护士全面、系统、规范化的岗位培训模式。鉴于门诊病案在门诊运行中的运送、回收和监管的难题,某院故此将门急诊病案服务管理融入导医培训内容中统筹安排。导医岗位培训理论授课占总学时的60%,实践课程占40%,培训后组织实践及理论考核,针对问题进行现场答疑。通过岗位培训,以点带面、以学促实践,使门诊护士既明确了导医的工作内容,又规范了门诊导医行为,拓展了导医护士的知识面,促进了护士综合素质的提高,在实现零投诉的同时,还收到表扬导医护士的锦旗和感谢信,有效推进了门诊优质护理服务。

The position training of medical guidance nurses in outpatient department of a comprehensive hospital need to explore training mode,content and methods continuously,so as to establish a comprehensive, systematic and standardize position training mode for the medical guidance nurses.Focused on the problems of delivery,recycle and supervision of medical records in outpatient department,our hospital absorbed the content of medical records management of outpatient and emergency departments in the training process of medical guidance position.The theory class accounted for 60% of all the learning time and practice class accounted for 40%, examinations of both theory and practice were arranged,problems would be solved at the same time.Through the position training,to promote practice by learning,make the nurses in outpatient department clearly understanding the work of medical guidance,standardize the guiding behaviors in outpatient department,enrich the knowledge field of the nurses and promote the improvement of comprehensive quality of the nurses.At the same time of the realization of no complaint,we also received the award and thanks letters of the medical guidance nurses,which promoted the high quality nursing service of outpatient department effectively.
