Cardio renal syndrome is the heart or kidney in any organ damage or dysfunction leading to another organ damage or dysfunction.In order to improve the accuracy of the cardio renal syndrome and its ICD-10 code,the clinical classification of cardiac renal syndrome was discussed by referring to the literature,consulting with the clinical doctors,and discussing with the code staff according to the principle of international classification of diseases.And conducted analysis on the main coding and other coding of cardio renal syndrome from two angles of primary hypertension and without essential hypertension respectively,then determined the ICD-10 code of the syndrome ultimately.
