性发育异常疾病的临床分类方法众多，2006年欧洲儿科内分泌协会和Lawson Wilkins儿科内分泌协会提出将两性畸形以及一些影响性发育的性染色体病，统称为性发育异常(DSD)，取代真两性畸形、假两性畸形、雌雄间体等这类有歧视含义、容易混淆的命名。由于新的分类和术语的出现，以及该类疾病病因和病种多样易混淆，导致疾病诊断分类编码困难，参照目前国际上广泛使用的临床分类方法和术语，依据疾病和有关健康问题的国际统计分类（ICD-10）的分类原则，针对新的命名和术语，对性发育异常疾病作编码分析。

The clinical classification methods of sex development disorder diseases are various.In 2006,the Europe pediatricks endocrine association as well as the Lawson Wilkins pediatrics endocrine association put forward to give a general name of disroders of sex diseases development to the diseases such as of sex malformation and other chromosome diseases,then replaced for the mixed and discriminated name included real or false sex malformation and monoecism.Because of the new classifixation methods and term terminology,as well as the different diseases causes and various different diseases entities were easily to be mixed,lead to the difficulties in the classification of diseases diagnosis coding.Therefore,according to the popular international clinical classification methods and term terminology widely used,combined with the classification rules on diseases and health problems in ICD-10,we made an analysis on the coding of sex development diagnosis diseases according to the new names and term terminology.
