With the development of science and technology, remote monitoring has been partly implemented as a way of telemedicine in China.It is widely applied to angiocardiopathy, obstetrics and chronic respiratory diseases.The article mainly introduces the development,current situation and problems of remote monitoring for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in China or foreign countries.It forecasts the trend in developing remote monitoring in China.
