机载电子设备越来越多地开始采用液冷技术。提高冷却系统的能效比、冷却液的利用率,在系统减重及小型化方面显得尤为迫切,这使得按芯片功耗进行冷却液流量分配成为关键。研究了液冷电子设备流量分配模型,给出了液冷电子设备流量分配数学模型与计算方法,针对关键系数进行了讨论,结果表明,所给方法在液冷电子设备流量分配领域有较好的通用性,对工程应用有参考作用。

Liquid cooling techniques are adopted by more and more airborne electronics equipments.It is urgent to improve energy-efficiency ratio of cooling system and utilization rate of coolant for weight-re-duction and miniaturization of system because of which flow distribution according to power dissipation becomes extremely critical.Flow Distribution model for airborne electronics equipment with liquid cooling was studied.Mathematic model and calculation method was presented.Discussion results aimming at key coefficient show that the calculation method presented in this paper has better generality in flow distribu-tion field of airborne electronics equipment with liquid cooling as well as directive function for engineering application.
