为提高浦东国际机场航班保障效率和放行正常率,配合“飞行区航班地面运行保障品质提升项目”,开发了一套基于ASP.NET的航班地面保障测评系统,并对航班测评的业务流程、系统的开发结构模式和系统的功能结构进行了详尽介绍。实证应用表明,系统可有效支持机场未来的航班测评电子化,提高数据统计的准确性,有效避免人为统计出错概率,减少人力统计工作量。

In order to enhance the flight ground support efficiency and the releasing on-time performance of PVG,this research developed a set of ground support evaluation system based on the ASP.NET,coordi-nating with the project “the improvement of the ground operation support of the flights in airfields”.The operating process of the flight evaluation,the structural modes of the system development as well as the functional structure of the system were elaborated in detail.The empirical application of the system dem-onstrated that the electronization of the flight evaluation of the airport in the future could be supported by it,the accuracy of the data statistics was also improved by avoiding the artificial error probability and the human statistical work load was correspondently reduced as well.
