Koelreuteria paniculata Laxm seed%flocculant%response surface method
对栾树籽提取物与Fe(Ⅲ)进行复配,制备成栾树籽-Fe(Ⅲ)絮凝剂,用于处理高岭土悬浊液,以浊度去除率为评价指标,考察絮凝条件对其絮凝性能的影响.结果表明,栾树籽-Fe(Ⅲ)的絮凝效果优于单独使用Fe(Ⅲ)的絮凝效果,对于100 mL质量浓度为0.5 g/L的高岭土悬浊液,当pH=10,Fe(Ⅲ)浓度为0.75 mmol/L,投加0.3 mL质量浓度为5 g/L的栾树籽水提液时,可获得最佳浊度去除率,去除率可达到99%以上.
對欒樹籽提取物與Fe(Ⅲ)進行複配,製備成欒樹籽-Fe(Ⅲ)絮凝劑,用于處理高嶺土懸濁液,以濁度去除率為評價指標,攷察絮凝條件對其絮凝性能的影響.結果錶明,欒樹籽-Fe(Ⅲ)的絮凝效果優于單獨使用Fe(Ⅲ)的絮凝效果,對于100 mL質量濃度為0.5 g/L的高嶺土懸濁液,噹pH=10,Fe(Ⅲ)濃度為0.75 mmol/L,投加0.3 mL質量濃度為5 g/L的欒樹籽水提液時,可穫得最佳濁度去除率,去除率可達到99%以上.

Koelreuteria paniculata Laxm seed and Fe(Ⅲ) were combined to make the Koelreuteria paniculata Laxm seed-Fe(Ⅲ) flocculant,which was used to treat the Kaolin suspension.The result showed that,the flocculating ef-fect of Koelreuteria paniculata Laxm seeds-Fe(Ⅲ) was better than Fe(Ⅲ) alone.For 100 mL mass concentration of 5 g/L Kaolin suspension,0.75 mmol/L Fe (Ⅲ) concentration,0.3 mL 5 g/L Koelreuteria paniculata Laxm seeds water extract,and pH of 10,the best flocculating effect was obtained,more than 99%removal in turbidity occurred.
