采用酸化曝气—Fenton氧化—臭氧催化氧化工艺处理某天然气净化厂含高浓度MDEA的检修污水,通过实验确定了最佳工艺参数.结果表明,过量浸渍法制备的催化剂中含有大量的活性组分MnO2,使臭氧氧化对COD、NH3-N的去除率分别提高了13.1%、10.5%,处理后的污水COD 从2 600 mg/L 降到107 mg/L,NH3-N从176 mg/L降到7.48 mg/L,达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)二级标准的要求.

The combined process,acidification aeration-Fenton oxidation-ozone catalytic oxidation,has been used for treating overhaul wastewater containing high-concentration MDEA in a natural gas purification plant.The best technological parameters are determined through experiments.The results show that the catalysts prepared by excessive impregnation method contains a lot of active components of MnO2,resulting in the increase of COD and NH3-N removing rates by 13.1%and 10.5%,respectively.The COD of treated wastewater reduces from 2 600 mg/L to 107 mg/L,while NH3-N reduces from 176 mg/L to 7.48 mg/L,meeting the second level requirements specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978—1996).
