为降低炼化企业新鲜水消耗量及污水排放量,开展了电渗析脱盐深度处理炼化废水的工程化应用试验研究.通过20 t/h电渗析脱盐中试装置的3个月连续运行,探讨了电渗析脱盐深度处理炼化废水回用于循环水补水的可行性,并优化电渗析脱盐装置运行参数,考察装置连续稳定运行性能,为该技术的工程化推广应用提供参考.

In order to reduce fresh water consumption and wastewater emission,experimental researches on the ad-vanced treatment of refining wastewater by electrodialysis process,through engineering approaches and application have been developed.After a 3-month continuous operation of the 20 t/h electrodialysis desalination device,the fea-sibility of the advanced treatment of refining wastewater by electrodialysis desalination is discussed,the operation pa-rameters of the device are optimized,and continuously stable operation capacities are investigated.The experimental results provide reference for the engineering popularization and application of this technology.
