大流速高承压水地层冻结一直是冻结施工的难题,在白垩系地层遇到该地质条件其施工难度更大,位于陕西长武县境内的高家堡煤矿主井,井筒穿过地层第四系只有26.5 m ,其下主要为白垩系、侏罗系地层。地质报告显示,其地层特性除具有白垩系地层松软、抗压强度低、见风风化、见水泥化的共同特点外,还兼有地下水流速大(27.12 m/d),高承压水(水头高出地表17.7 m),如何在此种复杂的地质条件下实施冻结,成为该工程的关键,为确保该工程的安全顺利施工,从冻结方案到施工措施进行了深入细致的研究,制定了一套完善的特殊施工措施,有力地保证了工程的安全。

It is always one of difficulties to carry out freezing construction in highly confined groundwa-ter stratum with high flow rate ,and it is more difficult under such geologic condition in cretaceous stratum. Main shaft of Gaojiabao coal mine ,located in Changwu County of Shanxi Province ,drills through quaternary stratum only 26.5 m ,and mainly through cretaceous stratum and Jurassic stra-tum. According to geologic reports ,it has high flow - rate groundwater (27.12 m/d) and highly con-fined water (the water head is 17.7 m over ground surface) at the same time ,expect common charac-ters of cretaceous stratum ,such as soft stratum ,lower compressive strength ,and the character of be-ing quite easily weathered and cemented. How to carry out freezing under such complicated geologic condition is the key point of the construction. In order to guarantee this construction safely finished , we conducted intensive studies on the freezing scheme and construction measures ,and established a set of perfect special construction measures. This paper introduces some construction technologies that can be used in similar constructions.
