对钢管管道敞开式顶管纠偏进行了分析研究,结合重庆CBD总部经济区集中供冷供热管道工程施工中的土体(回填土体)、岩石(砂岩、页岩)的不同围岩特性,在顶管顶进过程中进行纠偏控制。工程完工后,管道偏差在允许范围内。
對鋼管管道敞開式頂管糾偏進行瞭分析研究,結閤重慶CBD總部經濟區集中供冷供熱管道工程施工中的土體(迴填土體)、巖石(砂巖、頁巖)的不同圍巖特性,在頂管頂進過程中進行糾偏控製。工程完工後,管道偏差在允許範圍內。
대강관관도창개식정관규편진행료분석연구,결합중경CBD총부경제구집중공랭공열관도공정시공중적토체(회전토체)、암석(사암、혈암)적불동위암특성,재정관정진과정중진행규편공제。공정완공후,관도편차재윤허범위내。
Analysis and research on deviation‐correction of steel pipe for open pipe jacking ,combined with the different characteristic of surrounding rocks that centralized heating and cooling pipes project passed through in economic zone of CBD General Headquarters in Chongqing ,the litholocal included soil mass(earth backing) and bedrock(sandstone ,shale) ,carried on deviation‐correction control in pipe jacking launching. After the project finished ,the deviation of pipe was in the permissible range.
