At present ,the production efficiency of fully mechanized equipment is very high ,and the ad-vance rate of coal seam is influenced by various aspects ,which causes the tension of the relationship between exploiting and driving and has a great influence to the production. Through summarizing the experience in the development of outburst dangerous coal seam ,the adaptive measures for the rapid excavation of coal seam are found out.
