反井钻是一项特殊打钻工程，通过打钻成孔来优化矿井井巷运输及通风等系统。施工过程中，钻孔穿过的岩层有泥岩、砂岩、煤等，如果钻孔要穿过煤层，特别是突出煤层，存在瓦斯、煤尘及火等灾害，给施工带来很大的安全威胁和难度，为此，反井钻施工之前和施工过程中必须要采取有效的防突措施，来确保施工安全。淮南矿业集团新庄孜矿北部暗主斜井－812 m 井底煤仓反井钻过 B4突出煤层，通过一系列措施（包括防突及预注浆）的有效实施，得到了安全施工。

Anti well drilling is a special drilling engineering ,drilling hole to the optimization of the mine roadway transportation and ventilation system. In the process of construction ,drilling through strata of sandstone ,mudstone ,coal and so on ,if the drilling through seam ,especially the outburst coal seam gas ,coal dust ,and fire and other disasters ,to the construction poses a security threat and difficulty ,great for this purpose ,process and construction of anti well drilling before construction must take effective measures to prevent outburst ,to ensure the safety of construction. Huainan Min-ing Group Xinzhuangzi Coal Mine Inclined Shaft Mine north of Dark Lord - 812m anti well drilling B4 outburst coal seam ,through a series of measures (including the outburst prevention and pre grouting) effective implementation ,the construction safety. This paper briefly expounds the anti well drilling construction technology of B4 outburst seam and take prevention measures , and the construction process of the problems ,suggestions.
