高密度电阻率法在滑坡勘查中,应用较为广泛。安徽省岳西县毛尖山滑坡属于典型的牵引式滑坡。通过布置5条不同方向的高密度电阻率法在分析现有钻机液压卡盘的基础上,应用弹簧夹头夹紧原理,利用双列向心推力轴承,通过设计两个液压活塞,实现卡瓦套的往复移动,从而实现钻杆夹紧与打开的新型液压卡盘,该液压卡盘综合了碟簧式液压卡盘和胶套卡盘的优点,结构紧凑,夹紧力大,自动打开,解决了配油套的泄漏问题,为高速、重载荷钻机的发展解决了技术瓶颈问题。

There is a new full hydraulic chuck to design ,on the basis of the analyzing existing drilling rig hydraulic chuck ,applicating clamping principle of colleting chuck and double row angular contact bearings in this paper. It realizes reciprocating movement of the slip sets and clamp and open of drill pipe by designing two hydraulic pistons and. It has advantages of disc spring chuck and rubber sleeve chuck and compact structure and big clamping force and automatically open ,So it has solved the prob-lems of oil distribution and key technology for the development of high speed and heavy load drilling rig.
