In the process of rapid construction of auxiliary shaft in Mayixi No.1 Well of Guizhou ,the penetration into the lane 186.5 m of the local coal and gas outburst mines of slope construction record is created. From the construction mechanization ,assurance of supporting technology ,the labor or-ganization ,construction auxiliary system and incentive measures ,the successful experience of rapid construction for the project is summarized.
