为了加快粉砂土层段井筒的掘进速度,以新疆窄梁子煤矿项目为例,讨论粉砂土层采用复合式衬砌的快速施工方案。施工过程中采用超前小导管加钢支架加网喷作为初期支护,格栅拱架喷射混凝土作为二次衬砌,提出了相应的施工与管理方法。实践证明,在煤矿施工中采用复合式衬砌可以安全、快速地通过粉砂土层,为类似工程的施工提供了经验。

In order to accelerate the speed of powder sand layer section of the mine shaft driving ,Xin‐jiang zhailiangzi coal mine project as an example to discuss silty sand soil using composite lining of fast construction scheme. Construction process adopts advanced small pipe and steel bracket plus net spray as the primary support ,grid arch shotcrete as secondary lining ,and puts forward the corresponding methods of construction and management. T he practice has proved that the composite lining can be used safely and quickly in the coal mine construction ,w hich provides the experience for similar engi‐neering construction.
