利用边界元法(BEM)和分散式模糊推理(DFI)算法求解二维稳态传热学几何反问题。首先,给定边界形状的初始猜测值,利用 BEM求解传热学正问题,得到边界温度计算值;然后,根据 DFI 反演算法,利用温度测量值与其计算值的差值推理得到一组模糊推理分量;最后,对模糊推理分量进行综合加权,得到边界形状的补偿量。本文通过数值实验验证了 DFI 方法的有效性,讨论了初始猜测值、测量点数目以及测量误差等因素对反演结果的影响,并与共轭梯度法(CGM)的反演结果进行了对比。数值实验结果表明,与 CGM相比,DFI 降低了反演结果对温度测量点数目的依赖程度,增强了对温度测量误差的抗干扰能力,具有更好的抗不适定性。

An inverse geometry heat conduction problem of the furnace inner wall is studied,using the boundary element method (BEM)anddecentralized fuzzy inference (DFI)method.First of all,the direct problem is solved using BEM for a heat conduction systempre-assumed shape;thenDFImethod is proposed to obtain a set of fuzzy inference components by the deviations between the computed and measured temperature at measurement points of furnace wall.The fuzzy inference com-ponents are weighted and synthesized to gain the compensations of the shape of the boundary shape.Numerical experiments are performed to study the effects of the initial guesses,the number of measuring points and measurement errors on the pre-dicted results.Comparing the results of DFI and CGM,It'concluded thatFIMcan reduce the effect of the number of measur-ing points and measurement errors on the geometry estimation.The DFI has better resistance to discomfort.
