冻结立井外壁施工往往因为冻结壁、施工与设计等原因,造成外壁破坏、断管、甚至透水淹井事故,目前除了对冻结段冻结壁加强冻结,提高外壁混凝土标号、缩短段高等有限手段来防止事故发生外,没有更为有效合理的方法处理上述问题。淮南矿业集团某矿第二副井表土段340 m ,黏土层总厚度占表土段的60%以上,其中2层厚膨胀黏土,具有一定膨胀性,施工难度很大。为了保证表层土段外壁掘砌安全快速地施工,采取了如加强冻结壁温度场的预测预报、井帮温度准确控制、设置壁爪和卸压槽、敷设泡沫板、控制混凝土原材料质量、研究特殊快速混凝土、控制循环时间等多种措施,实现了冻结段快速、安全地通过,没有出现断管、透水等事故。

The outer wall of frozen shaft are often damaged by frozen wall design and construction ,cau-sing the damage of outer wall ,tube breakage even flooded accident. We had a few of methods to solve above problems such as increasing frozen section of outer wall ,improving the outer wall concrete grade ,shortening the period of high ,no more effective way to handle that problem. The mine of Hua-inan mining group’s second auxiliary shaft have 340m clay layer ,more than 60% of the total thickness of overburden clay layer section ,including 2 layer thickness swelling of clay ,So the construction is very difficult. In order to ensure safety construction ,we took many prevention methods ,such as pre-dicting temperature field’s temperature control ,controlling accuracy well’s temperature ,setting wall claw and unloading groove ,laying foam board ,controlling the quality of the raw materials for the concrete ,controlling time of cycle and the concrete's raw materials.It realizes quickly and safely through the frozen section without broken tube floods and other accidents.
