凤凰山铁矿立井井筒基岩段施工中,针对黑云变粒岩层岩石坚硬、裂隙发育、弱含水层,爆破效果差造成立井井筒施工速度慢的问题,在分析岩层地质、水文地质特点和立井伞钻大抓大模板机械化混合作业施工法在黑云变粒岩段使用效果的基础上,提出了针对凤凰山铁矿矿区井筒施工过程中克服硬岩、有效防治水、提高爆破效果的新方法。
鳳凰山鐵礦立井井筒基巖段施工中,針對黑雲變粒巖層巖石堅硬、裂隙髮育、弱含水層,爆破效果差造成立井井筒施工速度慢的問題,在分析巖層地質、水文地質特點和立井傘鑽大抓大模闆機械化混閤作業施工法在黑雲變粒巖段使用效果的基礎上,提齣瞭針對鳳凰山鐵礦礦區井筒施工過程中剋服硬巖、有效防治水、提高爆破效果的新方法。
봉황산철광립정정통기암단시공중,침대흑운변립암층암석견경、렬극발육、약함수층,폭파효과차조성립정정통시공속도만적문제,재분석암층지질、수문지질특점화립정산찬대조대모판궤계화혼합작업시공법재흑운변립암단사용효과적기출상,제출료침대봉황산철광광구정통시공과정중극복경암、유효방치수、제고폭파효과적신방법。
In the period of construction of shaft bedrock in Fenghuangshan iron & Dongfeng mine ,for the problem of slow running of the construction of vertical shafts which coursed by hard rocks ,frac-ture development ,poor aquifer of biotite granulite. On the basic of analyzing the characteristics of rock geological and hydrogeological ,using mixed high holding and large template mechanization construc-tion method in the section of biotite granulite. For overcoming the hard rock ,controlling water effec-tively ,improving blasting effects in the process of construction of shaft in Fenghuangshan iron mine , a new method was proposed.
