潘三矿新西风井井筒装备工程既是安全改建工程主要项目，也是完善新西风井通风系统的关键工程。因梯子间和防爆盖的安装受场地环境限制和通风系统投入运行的影响，形成施工难题，通过勘察现场情况，综合计算论证，提出解决对策，优化修改设计，研究制定了切实可行的施工技术方案，合理组织施工顺序，减少了占井时间，达到了安全高效优质经济的施工效果，实现了矿井通风系统的安全切换。
