依托思山岭铁矿副井工程大断面马头门,为保障该竖井马头门安全快速施工,试验应用整体支护模板进行混凝土浇筑。针对工程条件及工艺特点初步设计出整体支护模板结构,应用S A P2000软件对初步设计的结构进行模拟分析,结果表明初步设计的马头门整体支护模板部分构件的长细比不满足要求,对其进行调整优化并验算,优化后的设计符合要求。研发的马头门整体支护模板在思山岭铁矿副井马头门施工中,实现安全快速施工,较传统工艺节约工期40%,减少作业人员25%,经济效益显著。

Relying on the big section ingate of Sishanlin Iron Mine Auxiliary Shaft engineering ,to en‐sure the security of the rapid construction of shaft ingate ,concrete pouring is conducted in the test with the overall support template. According to the engineering conditions and process characteristics , the overall support template structure is preliminarily designed.Besides ,simulation analysis is carried out on the preliminarily‐designed structure with SAP2000 software. The results show that the slender‐ness ratio of the component of the preliminarily‐designed ingate overall support template does not meet the requirements;then ,it is adjusted ,optimized and checked again.Compared with the traditional process ,the developed ingate overall supporting template saves 40% of days of construction ,reduces 25% of operating personnel ,and has more remarkable economic benefits in the ingate construction of Sishanlin Iron Mine Auxiliary Shaft.
