斜沟煤矿1号回风斜井井口向下31.5~37.5 m段井筒,出现碹体混凝土开裂、脱落、混凝土底板鼓起开裂等破坏现象;为防止井筒碹体破坏加剧,发生坍塌影响矿井安全和正常生产,在对井筒破坏原因分析后,选择采用壁后注浆整体加固井筒及围岩+局部锚杆加固的联合加固方案,对井筒进行了加固,收到了预期效果。
斜溝煤礦1號迴風斜井井口嚮下31.5~37.5 m段井筒,齣現碹體混凝土開裂、脫落、混凝土底闆鼓起開裂等破壞現象;為防止井筒碹體破壞加劇,髮生坍塌影響礦井安全和正常生產,在對井筒破壞原因分析後,選擇採用壁後註漿整體加固井筒及圍巖+跼部錨桿加固的聯閤加固方案,對井筒進行瞭加固,收到瞭預期效果。

The 31.5 ~ 37.5 m section of No.1 return air incline shaft appeared concrete arch body cracking ,shedding ,concrete floor muster cracking and other damage phenomenon in Xiegou Coal Mine. In order to prevent further damage of shaft arch body collapse ,affecting the safety and normal production ,the mine chooses the wall after grouting reinforcement of shaft and surrounding rock and local bolt joint reinforcement scheme of wellbore are strengthened after the analysis of wellbore fail‐ure. T he expected effect is achieved.
