国电永寿煤业有限责任公司碾子沟煤矿副斜井在施工过程中遇见采空区,采空区段围岩破碎,自然垮落严重,原锚喷支护设计支护方案不能满足要求。通过分析地质条件,采用锚杆网索喷+C35单层钢筋混凝土浇筑的复合支护方案,并通过严格控制施工工艺,取得了良好的支护效果和经济效益。

Vice inclined shaft of Nianzigou mine of Guodian Yougshou Coal Industry Company Limited encounter mined‐out area in the process of construction ,the mined‐out area with fractured surrounding rock and collapses seriously ,old bolt‐shotcrete supporting scheme can not satisfy the requirement of supporting. Using bolt support plus single reinforced concrete pouring compound supporting scheme through analyzing geological conditions ,obtaing good supporting results and economic effect through strictly controlling construction technology.
