凤凰山铁矿立井井筒基岩段施工中,石英砂岩层岩石坚硬、裂隙发育,掘进爆破中炮孔利用率偏低,二次打眼或爆破效果不理想,致使正规循环率降低,无法满足工程需要。通过采用锥形掏槽爆破技术配合装药前导孔器装置,大大提高了炮孔利用率,降低了职工劳动强度,加快了在硬岩中的施工速度。
鳳凰山鐵礦立井井筒基巖段施工中,石英砂巖層巖石堅硬、裂隙髮育,掘進爆破中砲孔利用率偏低,二次打眼或爆破效果不理想,緻使正規循環率降低,無法滿足工程需要。通過採用錐形掏槽爆破技術配閤裝藥前導孔器裝置,大大提高瞭砲孔利用率,降低瞭職工勞動彊度,加快瞭在硬巖中的施工速度。

In the period of construction of shaft bedrock in Fenghuangshan iron & Dongfeng mine , rocks of quartz sandstone is hard ,fracture develops well ,and the utilization rate of middle blasthole in tunneling blasting is low. So the secondary holing or blasting effects are undesirability ,normal circula‐tion rate is reduced ,and the needs of the project can’t be satisfied. By using conical cut blasting tech‐nology with charging leading core device ,the utilization rate of the blast hole are greatly improved ,the intensity of worker labor is reduced ,the speed of construction in the hard rock is expedited.
