识解理论是认知语言学的重要理论，识解理论翻译观认为翻译包括两个过程：识解解读和识解重构。商务信函在国际交流中发挥重要作用，涉及国际贸易的各个环节：建立业务关系、资信调查、询盘、发盘、还盘等，其翻译成功与否直接影响企业能否达成交易。在识解理论指导下，文章从详略度、凸显、视角和框架等四大识解要素出发详述了商务信函翻译中识解方式的解读和重构，并指出商务信函翻译的本质在于合理沿用或置换原文的识解方式。

Construal theory is one of the important theories of cognitive linguistics . According to construal translation theory , translation involves two procedures:interpretation of construal and reconstruction of construal . Business correspondence plays a very important role in international communication , involving all aspects of international trade:establishing business relations , status investigation , enquiry , offer , counter-offer , etc ., and the successful translation of business correspondence directly influences the successful conclusion of business trade . Under the guidance of contrual theory , the paper expatiates on the interpretation and the reconstruction of construal methods of business correspondence translation from perspective of the four elements of contrual theory:specificity , salience , perspective and framing , stating that the nature of business correspondence translation lies in reasonably following and replacing the construal methods of the original text .
