The global culture is on the road of multi-development, and China English language reflects the charm of cross cultural communication, carries the heritage of national culture, and gives the language of innovation. In this paper, the author summarizes the characteristics and development of China English, and shows us the important role of China English in the construction of Chinese cultural soft power, and discusses the effective ways of promoting Chinese culture to the world, which can spread the Chinese culture and accelerate the process of world cultural diversity.
