我国农药行业发展迅速,而农药化工行业生产中的废水浓度较高且含有大量的盐分,但是很多企业废水处理设施不完善,甚至没有处理设施,部分企业废水处理设置投资过大,运行费用过高,且无法稳定达标。很多企业农化高浓含盐废水通过蒸馏后,盐分混合复杂,含有大量杂质,无法达到工业盐应用标准,蒸馏出水仍含有部分盐,对后续工艺处理不利。本文主要研究了多效蒸发偶联催化氧化技术对农化高浓含盐废水的处理效果,通过实验小试及企业中试结果表明,多效蒸发偶联催化氧化处理后废水水质较好,蒸出盐分达到工业用盐的标准。实验过程主要考察了催化剂的选择、用量、废水 PH 值及反应时间对废水处理的实验研究。

Chinaˊs pesticide industry is developing rapidly , and a higher concentration of pesticide waste production in the chemical industry and contains a lot of salt , but many companies waste water treatment facilities , inadequate, or no treatment facilities, wastewater treatment some enterprises set up investment is too large , operating costs too high and can not be stability and compliance .After many enterprises Agrochemical high concentration of salt water by distillation , mixed salt complex, contains a lot of impurities, can not be achieved using standard industrial salt , distilled water still contains part of the salt, the subsequent treatment process adversely .This paper studies the multi -effect evaporation technology coupled catalytic oxidation treatment effect on agricultural high concentration of salt water through experiments and small scale enterprises in the test results show that the multi -effect evaporation coupled catalytic oxidation treated wastewater quality is better, steamed the salinity reaches industrial salt standards .Experiment mainly on the choice of the catalyst , the amount of experimental research , wastewater PH value and reaction time on the wastewater treatment .
