针对目前水表号码检测的装置(多采用脉冲式抄表与IC智能卡式水表)检测误差大且容易损坏的问题,采用图像传感器为水表采集部件,以DSP为图像核心处理单元,外扩DDR存储器与液晶显示器作为辅助设备,嵌入字符识别算法设计了一个字轮式水表号码识别系统。实验结果表明:对水表号码识别的正确率在95%以上,实现了多路抄表的功能。
針對目前水錶號碼檢測的裝置(多採用脈遲式抄錶與IC智能卡式水錶)檢測誤差大且容易損壞的問題,採用圖像傳感器為水錶採集部件,以DSP為圖像覈心處理單元,外擴DDR存儲器與液晶顯示器作為輔助設備,嵌入字符識彆算法設計瞭一箇字輪式水錶號碼識彆繫統。實驗結果錶明:對水錶號碼識彆的正確率在95%以上,實現瞭多路抄錶的功能。

Considering the obvious measurement errors and easy damage of currently-applied number measure-ment device for water meters which adopts pulse meter reading and IC card, a number recognition system for wheel water meters was designed which has the image sensor taken as the acquisition component, and the DSP adopted as the image processing unit, and the external DDR memory and a LCD employed as an auxiliary e-quipment as well as the character recognition algorithm embedded.Experimental results show that the accuracy of meter’ s number recognition rate stays above 95%and reading multiplex water meters can be realized.
