本文研究了铬基钨镍钼高耐磨合金的耐磨机理。重点分析了铬基钨镍钼高耐磨合金的铸造工艺流程、铸造用废砂回收再生树脂砂的利用技术以及基于铬基钨镍钼高耐磨合金的耐磨产品。结果表明:铬基钨镍钼高耐磨合金的各种成分在不同工况中具有良好的耐磨性能。
本文研究瞭鉻基鎢鎳鉬高耐磨閤金的耐磨機理。重點分析瞭鉻基鎢鎳鉬高耐磨閤金的鑄造工藝流程、鑄造用廢砂迴收再生樹脂砂的利用技術以及基于鉻基鎢鎳鉬高耐磨閤金的耐磨產品。結果錶明:鉻基鎢鎳鉬高耐磨閤金的各種成分在不同工況中具有良好的耐磨性能。

In this paper, the wear resistance mechanism of high wear-resistant alloy with high wear resistance of Cr Mo alloy was studied.The casting technological process of the high wear-resist-ant alloy of chromium based tungsten and nickel molybdenum is emphatically analyzed.Technology for recycling reclaimed resin sand by using waste sand and the wear resistance of high wear-resistant al-loy based on Cr mo.The results show that the various components of high wear-resistant alloy of Cr Mo high wear-resistant alloy have good wear resistance in different working conditions.
