为改善亚硫酸法制糖澄清工艺中硫熏强度的控制效果,根据罐装SO2用于硫熏中和的工艺要求,设计空气-SO2流量变比值控制系统的实现方案,并建立被控对象的数学模型。将模糊PID-PI控制器作为硫熏强度变比值控制系统的主控制器,通过Matlab/Simulink进行控制器参数整定和系统建模仿真,结果表明:采用模糊PID-PI控制具有超调量小、响应速度快和稳态性能好的特点,控制效果比较理想;该控制系统能够较好地满足压缩罐装液态SO2用于硫熏中和的控制要求。

For purpose of improving the effect of controlling intensity of sulfitation in the sugar clarification and considering the process requirements of applying canned sulfur dioxide to sulfitation and neutralization reac-tion, the scheme of implementing variable ratio control over air-SO2 flow was designed and the mathematical model of controlled objects was established.Through having the fuzzy PID-PI controller taken as the main con-troller of the variable ratio control system, the Matlab/Simulink was adopted in the controller’ s parameters set-ting and the modeling and simulation of the system.Simulation results show that the fuzzy PID-PI control boasts small overshoot, fast response and good stability and perfect control effect.The control system can meet the control requirements of compressed and canned liquid sulfur dioxide in the sulfitation and neutralization re-action.
