从“利他主义”视角探寻传统与现代的交会与超越会发现，由物质文化与规范文化的“文化滞差”所造成的“道德失准”、“行为失范”、“文化失衡”等社会文化问题，是发生在由传统农业社会向现代工业社会“转型”的社会变迁中，而这些社会问题的实质源于“个体本位”和“群体本位”两种不同文化模式的冲突。提升中国人的现代文明精神，有赖于现代工业社会的发展和进步，更重要的是有赖于文化变迁，即在以“群体本位”为特征的中国传统文化中，挖掘包含“自由意志”的“个体本位”的文化特质，结合吸收世界人类文明成果，重构中国人的“主体性”。

By exploring the intersection and transcendence of tradition and modernity from the perspective of altruism,it is found that social cultural issues,such as the moral misalignment,the be-havior disorder,the cultural imbalance caused by cultural lag from both material culture and standard culture have occurred in the transformation from traditional agricultural society to modern industrial society.The essence of these social problems stems from the conflict between the two different cultural patterns of the individual orientation and the collective orientation.Promoting the spirit of the Chinese people's modern civilization depends on the progress and development of modern industrial society, and more importantly on the cultural changes.In other words,in the Chinese traditional culture char-acterized by the “community standard”,the “subj ectivity”of the Chinese people is reconstructed by excavating the cultural characteristics of “individual standard”with “free will”and absorbing the a-chievements of human civilization.
