本文首先分析了港口经济和城市环境的作用机理并构建了评价指标体系，借鉴物理学中的容量耦合模型建立了耦合协调度模型。然后，对东部沿海的六个港口2010-2013年的耦合协调状况进行了分析与评价。结果表明：（1）六个港口的耦合协调情况在时间上存在波动，且大部分呈现不耦合的状态；（2）从区域发展角度比较，北方比南方相对耦合。

To discuss the coordinated development between Port-Economic and Port-City Environment, the paper introduce the coupling coordination degree for Port-Economic and Port-City Environment and found the indicator system . according to the capacity coupling model of physics, the coupling coordinated development coefficient model is constructed. Taking listed 6 ports in Eastern Coastal China as example, analyzed and evaluated the 6 ports’ coordinate development from 2010 to 2013. The results showed:①6 ports’ coordinate development has a volatility on time and mostly are no coordinate development.②From the perspective of regional study, the coupling coordinated development coefifcient in south is better than north.
