In order to safely get through the collapsed section of auxiliary inclined shaft of Haojialiang Mine, a practical and feasible collapse treatment scheme is needed. Based on the engineering geological and hydrogeological conditions of the shaft,the cause of collapse is analyzed,the grouting treatment scheme covering the collapsed section is proposed. The detailed parameters about the heading workface pipe-shed advance support scheme and behind-wall grouting scheme are determined. The collapsed section is successfully passed by the application of this scheme. Smooth construction process of shaft is ensured.
