职业素质教育是新媒体背景下推进我国职业教育国际化发展的主旋律，培养具有媒介素养和职业素质的国际化人才是职业教育改革发展的新常态。高职院校要充分顺应新媒体发展趋势，利用新媒体资源，建立多层次、高协同、渗透式、全时空的素质教育创新模式。本文提出了优势“智造”、渠道“革命”、媒介“整合”、链条“延伸”、服务“升级”的职业素质教育发展路径，为新媒体背景下提升高职院校人才培养质量提供借鉴。

Professional Quality Education is the main theme of promoting the internationalization development in Vocational Education under the new media background. Cultivating international talents with media literacy and professional quality will be the new normal in Vocational Education reform and development. Higher vocational colleges should fully comply with the trend of the new media development, using new media resources to establish a multi-leveled collaborative permeable innovative quality education model with no limitation in time and space. This paper raises a vocational quality education development path of“Intelligent Manufacturing with Advantages”,“Channel Revolution”,“Media Integration”,“Chains Extension” and“Service Upgrading”to provide references on enhancing talents quality in Higher Vocational Colleges under the new media background.
