利用固相微萃取和液-液萃取两种萃取方法对赊店老酒中呈香物质进行萃取,通过气质联用技术对其进行检测. 结果表明,两种萃取方法共检出53种物质,其中固相微萃取检出35种微量成分,其中酯类26种、醇类3种、酸类2种、缩醛类3种、杂环类1种;液-液萃取检出45种微量成分,酯类28种、醇类4种、酸类5种、缩醛类5种、杂环类3种.两种方法共同检出的物质有27种.两种萃取方法对白酒中呈香物质的分析具有互补性, 将SPME和LLE两种方法联合使用可以更加全面地检测出赊店老酒中的挥发性成分.

Using two extraction methods of solid phase microextraction and liquid-liquid extraction to extract the fragrant sub-stances of Shedian liquor, and using GC-MS to analysis. The results showed that the two extraction methods totally extracted 53 kinds of substances, in which 35 kinds of trace elements were detected by solid phase microextractions, including 26 es-ters, 3 alcohols, 2 acids, 3 acetal, and 45 kinds of trace elements were checked out by the liquid-liquid extraction, in-cluding 28 esters, 4 alcohols, 5 acids, 5 acetal, 3 heterocyclic. 27 kinds of material were detected by both of these meth-ods. This study showed that more volatile components could be extracted and identified with acombination of SPME and LLE.
