针对环氧丙烷生产过程中反应器温度控制存在的问题，以直接氧化法生产环氧丙烷的过程为研究对象，为了有效抑制其反应过程中产生的大量反应热对产品质量和收率的影响，基于Honeywell Ex-perion PKS设计调温水自控系统，可以有效地控制反应过程中的温度。现场运行测试也证明了该系统的可靠性与稳定性。

For the problem of reactor temperature control in propylene oxide production, the direct oxidation process for the propylene oxide production was taken as the research object.Honeywell Expersion PKS-based control system for the temperature-adjusting water was designed to effectively suppress the reaction heat’ s in-fluence on both product quality and yield.Field testing and application prove both reliability and stability of this control system.
