设计了一种变频电磁抑垢装置,对装置的CaCO3型污垢抑垢效果进行了实验研究。以AT-mega128A单片机作为装置的控制核心,定时器产生双路带死区的PWM控制信号。 PM50B4LB060构成装置的逆变和功率放大部分,简化了设计过程,提高了装置的安全性和可靠性。实验研究表明:装置可以有效抑制CaCO3型污垢的生成,具有明显的抑垢效果。

A kind of fouling preventing device with variable frequency electromagnetic field was designed, and the experiment on the effect of CaCO3 fouling suppression was implemented.This ATmega128A SCM-cored de-vice was equipped with a timer to generate double PWM signals with dead zone, and PM50B4LB060 consti-tutes the inversion and power amplification so as to simplify the design process and improve both safety and re-liability of the device.The experimental research shows that this device can prevent the generation of CaCO3 fouling together with obvious fouling suppression effect.
