采用盆栽法,研究尿素、硝酸铵对叶用甘薯叶片硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐含量的影响。结果表明,不同氮肥及用量对叶用甘薯叶片硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐含量有明显的促进生成作用,对叶片蛋白质的影响有限,其中施肥15 d后,N3、A2、A3处理的亚硝酸盐含量与对照组差异明显,达到显著水平,其中A2增幅达到700%,表明施氮肥处理明显促进了硝酸盐的生成,差异达到显著水平。随着硝酸盐含量的增加,亚硝酸盐含量也增加,相反,维生素C的含量却减少,维生素C的大量合成抑制了硝酸盐转化成亚硝酸盐。研究结果为提高叶用甘薯品质和生产无污染、安全、优质的无公害蔬菜提供参考,为施肥在叶用甘薯生产中的应用提供理论科学依据。

Effect of different nitrogen fertilizer on the nitrite and nitrate content in sweet potato leaf was studied with pot experiment. The results showed that different nitrogen fertilizers and the amount of feeding on the broad leaves of sweet potato leaf, boosted production of nitrate and nitrite, but had limited impact on leaf protein, which in the fifteenth days after fertilization, the nitrite content dealt with N3, A2, A3 was significan t ly different from control group, especially increased by 700%with A2;nitrogen treatment significantly promoted the formation of nitrate, the difference was great. With the increase of nitrate, the nitrite content also increased, but the content of vitamin C decreased , a large number of vitamin C inhibited nitrate generated into nitrite. This research results provide references for promoting quality of sweet potato and production of pollution-free-vegetables, and provide scientific basis for application of ferbilization to sweet potato.
