研究甘蔗渣对染料废水的净化效果,以亚甲基蓝模拟废水作为研究对象,通过恒温磁力搅拌的方法,结合单因素试验研究甘蔗渣在不同温度、搅拌时间、甘蔗渣用量等条件下对亚甲基蓝的吸附效果. 结果表明,甘蔗渣吸附亚甲基蓝的最佳工艺条件为:在100 mL 150 mg/L的亚甲基蓝溶液中加入过10目筛后的细甘蔗渣3.0 g,常温磁力搅拌吸附30 min,亚甲基蓝去除率达到99.06%.

In order to study the purifying effect of dyestuff wastewater by bagasse, the removal rate of methylene blue was target and methylene blue solution simulated the low concentration of dye wastewater. By the study of relation between single experimental factor such as the concentration,pH and the amount of dye solution,adsorption time and temperature,particle size and dosage of bagasse etc and adsorption effect, the optimum adsorptive removal rate can be obtained: room temperature,t=30 min,solid-liquid ratio was 3:100,C0=150 mg/L, removal rate of methylene blue with alkaline solution reaches 99.06% by fine bagasse.
