橘皮素和川陈皮素是陈皮多甲氧基黄酮的重要活性成分,以HPLC法测定陈皮提取物中橘皮素和川陈皮素的含量,优选了提取溶剂,设计正交试验考察了提取温度、提取时间、溶剂添加量和提取次数对提取工艺的影响,确定了最佳提取工艺. 结果表明,石油醚是同时提取橘皮素和川陈皮素的适宜溶剂,正交试验所得的最佳提取工艺为加入6倍量石油醚,80℃提取4次,每次3 h,所获得的提取工艺合理、稳定、可靠.

Tangeretin and nobiletin were important polymethoxyflavones in tangerine peel. The content of tangeretin and no-biletin were measured by HPLC methods. The extracting solvents were selected. The influence of extracting temperature, ex-tracting time, the menstruum dosage, extracting times were investigated using orthogonal design method. The results showed that petroleum ether was the best extracting solvent. The optimal conditions for the extraction technology were as follows: ex-tracting for four times, each time for 3 h at 80℃, with 6 times the amount of petroleum ether. This extraction technology is reasonable, stable and feasible.
