基于对灰色系统理论的研究,对某日8:00~9:00每隔10min测量的7组风速数据建立灰色系统GM(1,1)模型,然后进行误差分析,确定了模型的可行性。并运用模型对9:10、9:20、9:30这3组风速进行预测,最后将预测值与实际测量值进行比较,计算出相对误差,结果显示误差在允许范围之内,证明了灰色系统GM(1,1)模型的可行性。

Through investigating into the gray system theory, the gray system GM(1,1) model for 7-group wind speed data from 8:00 to 9:00 on a certain day was built and the feasibility of model was confirmed through the error analysis.Appling the GM(1,1) model to predicting the wind speed data at 9:10,9:20 and 9:30 respectively was implemented and then having the predicted values compared with the actual values to calculate the relative error shows that the relative error within the acceptable limit proves the feasibility of the gray system GM(1,1).
