采用实证研究方法，基于前期建立的公众感知角度的政府形象评价指标体系，选择4个政务微博作为实验微博，检验使用政务微博是否对公众感知政府形象产生影响，结果发现公众对于“政府的服务途径”等政府形象8个方面的评价有所改善；对“政策的科学性”等4个方面的评价有所降低。可信、有用、公众感兴趣、互动频繁的政务微博能加强公众对政府的了解，提高公众对政务微博的满意度，改善公民对政府形象的评价。

Based on the preliminary government image evaluation system from the perspective of public perception, using empirical re-search methods, this paper chose four government micro-blogs to conduct an experimental test on whether using the government micro-blog would influence public perception of the government's image. The results showed that eight aspects of government images evaluation were improved, and four aspects of government images evaluation decreased. Micro-blogs which are trustworthy, helpful, and interested the public can enhance understanding of the government by the public, increase their satisfaction with the government micro-blog, and im-prove citizen's evaluation of government image.
