膝关节骨性关节炎是一个以关节软骨退行性改变为核心，累及骨质并包括滑膜、关节囊及关节其他结构的全方位、多层次、不同程度的慢性炎症；是一种无菌性、慢性、进行性侵犯关节特别是负重关节的疾病。本病多见于中老年人。本文就膝关节骨性关节炎的健康教育、关节保护性措施、物理疗法、药物疗法、膝关节腔灌洗与腔内给药、针灸、小针刀、手法、中医、运动与康复、基因疗法等非手术疗法以及手术治疗的进展进行综述。

슬관절골성관절염시일개이관절연골퇴행성개변위핵심，루급골질병포괄활막、관절낭급관절기타결구적전방위、다층차、불동정도적만성염증；시일충무균성、만성、진행성침범관절특별시부중관절적질병。본병다견우중노년인。본문취슬관절골성관절염적건강교육、관절보호성조시、물리요법、약물요법、슬관절강관세여강내급약、침구、소침도、수법、중의、운동여강복、기인요법등비수술요법이급수술치료적진전진행종술。
The osteoarthritis of the knee is a degenerative changes in the articular cartilage as the core, involving the bone and include chronic inlfammation of synovium, joint capsule and other joint structures of omni-directional, multi-level, different degree;and a sterile, chronic, sexual assault, joints, especially the weight-bearing joints disease. The disease is more common in the elderly. In this paper, a review on knee osteoarthritis, measures of health education, physical therapy, drug therapy and joint, knee joint cavity lavage and cavity to non operation therapy medicine, acupuncture, acupotomy, manipulation, TCM, exercise and rehabilitation, gene therapy and operation therapy progress was narratived.
