目的：探讨PFNA内固定结合内服中药治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2013年1月-2014年7月间收治的高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者33例患者，均采用PFNA内固定结合内服中药进行治疗。结果：所有患者均手术成功，术后均未出现明显并发症，无围手术期死亡病例。术后随访6～15个月，骨折全部愈合良好，所有患者基本恢复至伤前活动范围。结论：PFNA内固定结合辨证内服中药治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折疗效满意，创伤小，时间短，出血少，固定牢固，是治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的理想选择。

목적：탐토PFNA내고정결합내복중약치료고령고골조륭간골절적림상료효。방법：선취아원2013년1월-2014년7월간수치적고령고골조륭간골절환자33례환자，균채용PFNA내고정결합내복중약진행치료。결과：소유환자균수술성공，술후균미출현명현병발증，무위수술기사망병례。술후수방6～15개월，골절전부유합량호，소유환자기본회복지상전활동범위。결론：PFNA내고정결합변증내복중약치료고령고골조륭간골절료효만의，창상소，시간단，출혈소，고정뢰고，시치료고령고골조륭간골절적이상선택。
Objective:To investigate clinical effects of PFNA internal ifxation plus TCM medicine on aged intertrochanteric fracture. Methods:33 patients in our hospital were selected and received PFNA internal ifxation plus TCM medicine. Results:All operations were successful, no signiifcant postoperative complications, and no perioperative deaths. The patients were followed up for 6 to 15 months;all fractures healed well;and all patients returned to pre-injury activity range. Conclusion:Treating aged intertrochanteric fracture by PFNA internal ifxation plus TCM medicine showed signiifcant effects, with the advantage of less trauma, shorter operative time, less bleeding, ifxed ifrmly and so on, was the ideal choice for the treatment of aged intertrochanteric fracture.
